The website for ESU Turkey International Public Speaking Competition (ISPC) is for speakers taking part in competitions, and is based on the relevant booklets and other publications of  ESU.

It is also for their tutors, the judges and organisers of these competitions.

The web site explains the objectives of the international competition and how it is organised. The principles, however, are the same as those for any public speaking competition and the site will be of interest to all students involved in public speaking.
